Patricia Frías

Patricia, who lives now in Saltillo, Coahuila, is an English and Spanish instructor and has been a teacher for about 23 years now. Her experience has developed in bicultural and bilingual schools, language centers and foundations which are meant to improve the immigrants’ life. She has been a school coordinator for one of the most prestigious schools in her city.
She has a Bachelor degree in Marketing and is an ESL certifier for Cambridge.
Also, she has opened a language center with clients from Saltillo, Coahuila and Monterrey, Nuevo León, helping the community to improve their communication skills.
She is now collaborating with the International Consulting Services capacitating instructors for public schools.

Elaine Gallagher, the founder of 'International Consulting Services and New School'. She has been working in education for 50 years, as a teacher, school director, curriculum designer, author, and educational consultant to public and private schools in the United States of America, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Argentina, Guatemala, Colombia, and Ecuador.
Her classroom teaching experiences in the USA (New Hampshire, Maine and Texas) include primary, middle school, high school, and university levels, in various subjects, such as English literature, biology, physics, chemistry, history, geography, and environmental sciences. Staff development, leadership, biliteracy, school and curriculum design have been her major work areas for the past 15 years.
Dr. Gallagher’s educational background include a Bachelor’s degree in history and government, a Master’s degree in education, and a Ph.D. in Leadership.
She currently lives in both Mexico and the USA, traveling frequently to wherever her work-demands are scheduled.
Martha´s experience as an English teacher has given her recognitions at the University of Arizona, Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidad Tecnologica de Coahuila and Secretaria de Educación Publica Mexico. She has thaught English at Instituto Oxford Saltillo and obteined a diploma on Teacher training. She has obtained the CENNI certification and several diplomas issued by SEP on English teaching as a Second Language. She was an English instructor at Universidad Tecnologica de Coahuila, she has also taken the TEFL Certification Program issued by the University of Arizona. She has been teaching English as a Second Language to private corporations and currently she is an English teacher at Universidad Autonoma del Noreste in Saltillo.
